My Textile Design work utilizes Natural dyes on fibres such as Cotton, Silk and Linen. As well, I use upcycled fabrics.  I employ various resists in dyeing, such as: Shibori, Mordant & Dye Pastes and Botanical printing.  Because I am a strong believer in preserving the environment, my choice of materials reflects this belief. I also display airbrushed paintings and collages. My wall items will enhance interior decor, with calm colours and themes of river stones and lotuses. MaiTribe Gallery is open year round, by appointment or daily, 10am-4pm, when I am present. It is located in Big Bay, where I have resided for the past 22 years.
