South Grey Museum & Historical Library is open year-round - Thursdays to Saturdays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A tourist information centre welcomes visitors to explore our area from this starting point. Museum features exhibits and storytelling about our community's past - from early Native hunters through the first Black settlers and later Irish and Scottish pioneers. A wealth of local artifacts and geneaological family files helps people find their roots and track their ancestors footsteps. An annual speaker series runs from April to November on the fourth Wednesday of the month, featuring many popular authors speaking on a variety of topics. Stop in to use our accessble washroom, have a picnic in our adjacent Memorial Park, learn our stories and discover our history. Have a great day in the Heart of Grey!
