Sumac & Salt offers a multi course seasonal tasting menu focusing on the abundance that is Grey County. During the warmer months they will gather outdoors and begin in the garden. Their menu changes each week based on what is growing in the fields, what we forage and what our farmers are excited about. Everything we gather and make is from Grey County producers with an emphases on organic and regenerative farming.
