Grey County Tourism Destination Development Action Plan - Background Research

Grey County Tourism underwent a Destnation Development Action during 2017.  A background document was developed to navigate the plan and  to lay out guidelines for moving forward with collecting several metrics, and the survey results also provided good direction. The following background document shares the metrics that we have access to, confirm what we heard in the survey, and focus on what key metrics are missing and how we can work together to fill the gaps.
