The Beaver River Canoe Route begins north of Kimberley, and winds its way through open areas and wooded stretches, with several views of the Niagara Escarpment, ending at the village of Heathcote. Wildlife viewing opportunities are excellent, as is fishing. Short portages may be required to bypass log jams.

Bell's Lake is a remote but beautiful property owned by Saugeen Conservation. There are no facilities or other amenities on this property, however, it is well known locally for its canoeing. Its calm waters and peaceful surroundings make it a delightful outing for the entire family.

Wiarton
Clendenan Dam provides a great place to go fishing and hike a short trail on the south side of the dam. (as per the Provincial fishing regulations). Firemans' Park is located just around the corner where you will find picnic tables and a washroom.

This forest property consists of conifer plantations, and extensive wetland areas, and permitted uses include hunting, and fishing.
Berkeley
Lily Oak is one of Grey County's largest forests, consisting of a mixture of hardwood and conifer plantations. Alongside the permitted uses of cross country skiing, horseback riding, snowshoeing, hunting, and fishing, this property features a 2.2 kilometres of a logging trail, 9 kilometres of marked hiking trails and an old building foundation.

Extensive plantations and wetlands are found on this property, available to explore using 3 kilometres of logging roads, and skidder trails. Permitted activities on this property include hunting and fishing.
Ayton
This forest property is host to extensive wetlands and plantations, which fall on both sides of the 3rd Concession. Permitted uses include hunting, but there are no formally established trails on the property.
Grey Highlands
Extensive wetlands are found on this forest property, where a large pine plantation is located on the southeast corner of the property, and hardwoods dominate the north end of the property. A snowmobile trail traverses this forest, and is maintained by a local club. Permitted uses include hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling (by permit).
Flesherton
The majority of the forest is made up of conifer plantation, including pine, spruce, and eastern larch. The west side of the property is a wetland, and includes a stream. Permitted uses on the land include hunting, and fishing, but there are no formally established trails on the property.
Durham
This forest property falls north and south of Grey Sauble Conservation Authority property. Both sides are fully forested, and contain cedar and pine plantations, hardwoods, as well as wetland areas. Permitted uses include hunting, and fishing, but there are no formally established trails.
Meaford
There are extensive pine and spruce plantations on this forest property. In addition to the plantations, there are cedar at the south side of the property, where a small stream traverses the southwest corner. There is lots of wildlife at the site, but there are no formally established trails. Hunting and fishing are permitted on the property.
The forest houses a portion of the Kolapore Uplands Wilderness Ski Trails, including 4.4 kilometres of marked cross country ski trails maintained by the Kolapore Wilderness Trails Association. Cross country skiing, fishing, hunting, and hiking are permitted on the property, with hiking and cycling best suited from the spring to fall seasons.
