As summer draws to a close the salmon battle their way upstream to return to their spawning beds. Witnessing this salmon migration is a must. The Mill Dam in Owen Sound and the Thornbury Fishway both offer great views of the salmon jumping while the Owen Sound Salmon Eco Tour can teach you more about this amazing species.

To experience Grey County’s rare and diverse gardens along the route, look for the blue signs with bright yellow daisies.
