Bell's Lake is a remote but beautiful property owned by Saugeen Conservation. There are no facilities or other amenities on this property, however, it is well known locally for its canoeing. Its calm waters and peaceful surroundings make it a delightful outing for the entire family.
The Blue Dolphin Pool is a fully supervised, outdoor, 25 meter, heated swimming pool. It is located at 57 Richmond St., Meaford across from the ball field. It opens the last weekend of May, and closes on the Friday of the Labour day weekend. The pool offers public swimming everyday (weather permitting).
Cedar Hill Park, with its stoney shore and deep cold waters, is located east of Wiarton near Big Bay along Scenic Grey Road 1. The view is great as you can see the islands and across to Cape Croker Native Reserve. This beach is often used by local scuba divers.
Christie Beach is one of the best family friendly sand beaches on this part of Georgian Bay. Located at the end of Christie Beach Road, off Highway 26 east of Meaford. Change rooms, washrooms, playground equipment and a picnic shelter are available for public use.

Durham Conservation Area is an ideal campground nestled along a picturesque stretch of the winding Saugeen River and boasts 2 sand beaches. With over 200 campsites, it is also just a leisurely trek into the heart of the Durham town centre. It covers over 61 ha (150 acres) including over 3 kms (2 miles) of Saugeen River frontage.
Fairview Trailer Park Ltd. is located on the shores of Georgian Bay. Its many on site facilities include boating, boat launch, boat storage, swimming (pool and Bay), fishing, children's play area, rec. hall with a TV for the kids, washrooms with showers, and a large fish cleaning station. All sites are equipped with sewer, water, and hydro (up to 30 amp), and are seasonal in nature.
While driving through Meaford, you'll be sure to notice this park, named after one of Meaford's earliest settlers, at the junction of Bayfield and Sykes Streets. The eye-catching view of Cape Rich (Niagara Escarpment) off-shore is breathtaking, especially with one of the gorgeous sunsets.
The Good Cheer Splash Pad at Kelso Beach Park is the hottest place to stay cool in the summer! Open Daily from 9:00 a.m. to dusk. NO admission fee!

Hibou Conservation Area is a scenic 108 hectare day-use area on Georgian Bay. The whole family will enjoy the clear, sheltered waters and two natural sandy beaches of Hibou. Picnic facilities and potable water onsite. Parking fee in effect June - Sept.
This multi-purpose, fully accessible recreation destination has altered the culture of fitness and recreation across Grey and Bruce Counties. The dream became reality when the City and Family Y forged a new partnership toward the creation of this facility and the Federal and Provincial governments made funding commitments along with over 800 generous donors from this community.

The Little River Beach Park is easily one of the prettiest Harbours on Georgian Bay. The beach itself is a mix of both soft sand and rocky pebbles, with a few treed areas for those in need of shade. The nearby Thornbury pier is a popular diving spot for the daring. Even just watching the people jump in the cool Georgian Bay water is a blast.
Located across from Fred Raper's Park and in close proximity to the Meaford Museum, this park offers lots of open green space, a splash pad, playground equipment, public washrooms and picnic tables. Pavilion rental is available.
Within the Durham Conservation Area McGowan Falls takes the name of an early miller who used the waterpower of the Saugeen River at this site. Popular with anglers, the falls here are more gradual than some, yet scenic in their setting of cedars. McGowan Falls are portrayed in one of several murals that adorn buildings in downtown Durham.
