Herbal Fruit Tree Sprays Workshop

Learn how to use plants to make sprays that give your fruit trees a boost in fighting disease and insect pests. Plants are made up of a diversity of nutrients and minerals, that when broken down can be used to feed your fruit trees. Growing your own fruit tree sprays is another step towards a sustainable garden ecosystem. We will cover the pros and cons of sprays that I have tried over several years, and some of these sprays are also fantastic for the veggie garden! 

Through this workshop you will learn:

• about foliar sprays and soil drenches,
• different mineral and nutrient availability within specific plants,
• how to prepare sprays,
• importance of timing when spraying,
• the benefits and drawbacks of the sprays.
