In celebration of Ontario Public Library Week, The L.E. Shore Library presents an evening of photography, storytelling, and live original songs, with David Newland.
Singer-songwriter David Newland is a veteran performer on the Ontario folk scene who also works as an expedition host and Zodiac driver with Adventure Canada. In 2015 he was named a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society, a distinction reflecting a lifetime of engagement with landscape and story. David Newand’s performance conveys the emotional and spiritual impact of Arctic travel.
