Mountain Life (https://www.mountainlifemedia.ca/) presents the third annual Film Festival in support of the Pursuits Program at Georgian Bay Community School. Sponsored by the Meaford Culture Foundation, this fundraiser includes a Silent Auction and Reception in the Galleries, guest speaker & presenter Eric Batty (https://www.ericbatty.com/) and two adventure-based films in the Opera House. The first official selection Camista, is a short climbing film focused on rock climbing at Lion’s Head. The feature film is Teton Gravity's newest film Ode To Muir, which pairs professional snowboarder, adventurer and founder of Protect Our Winters Jeremy Jones with two-time Olympian Elena Hight as they embark on a 40-mile foot-powered expedition deep into California’s John Muir Wilderness (https://www.tetongravity.com/films/ode-to-muir).
