Holiday Parades:
77th Owen Sound Kiwanis Santa Claus Parade - Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 5:00pm
The parade will proceed south along 2nd Avenue East to 8th Street East and then east to 3rd Avenue East and then north on 3rd Avenue East then to 9th Street and 3rd Avenue East. Santa will finish the parade and proceed to Owen Sound’s City Hall front entrance where he and his elves will greet the children!
Markdale Santa Claus Parade - Friday, November 25, 2022 at 6:00pm
Join us for the Santa Claus parade, moonlight madness, tree lighting, Santa story time and more in downtown Markdale, starting at 6:00pm.
Durham Santa Claus Parade - Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 12:30pm
The Durham Firefighters Associations is proud to present a "A Superhero Christmas.”
Dundalk's Drive-Thru Santa Claus Parade - Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 6:00pm
Proudly presented by the Dundalk & District Chamber of Commerce. The parade will be at the Dundalk arena once again. You get to stay warm in your vehicle and drive around the floats.
Town of Hanover Santa Claus Parade - Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 7:00pm
The Hanover Rotary Club is proud to present the 2022 parade themed "North Pole Fantasy” You can view the parade along 10th Street.
Meaford Kinsmen Club Santa Claus Parade - Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 5:15pm
Parade route Highway 26 - Sykes Street starting at Ivan Street and ending at Collingwood Street.

Neustadt Santa Claus Parade - Sunday, December 4, 2022 at 5:00pm
Presented by the Neustadt Firefighters Association. Parade starts at the arena and goes down Queen Street, Mill Street and William Street.
Holstein Non-Motorized Christmas Parade - Saturday, December 10, 2022 at 1:00pm
Parade will start at The Holstein Depot and end at Egremont Community School. After the parade there will be a meet and greet with Santa at the Egremont Optimist building, beside the school.
Kemble & District Lion's Club Christmas Parade - Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 2:00pm
Join the Kemble & District Lions Club to celebrate the 20th Annual Kemble Non-Motorized Christmas Parade! Please bring a non-perishable food item for donation to the local food bank. Santa will be visiting parade goers in the Kemble Arena for refreshments following the parade.
Chatsworth Santa Claus Parade - Saturday, December 17, 2022 at 10:30am
The Chatsworth Agricultural Society invites you to join them for the Santa Claus parade starting at 10:30am. This year’s theme is Disney Christmas. Christmas in the Village events are taking place throughout the day.
Holiday Festivals and Events:
Holiday Magic at Blue Mountain - Friday, November 18, 2022 - January 8, 2023
By day the Village sparkles with festive décor, holiday music and fires to warm by. Evenings, starting at dusk, follow the one-kilometer Holiday Light Trail through the Village and around the Mill Pond to discover enchanting and interactive light displays. You can be the maestro of the lights with your songs, sounds and good wishes of the season at the Dream Tree and Singing Forest. On week-ends, enjoy live holiday music, street performers, warming stations and a horse drawn carriage with Santa roaming the Village. Saturday evenings end with fireworks over the Mill Pond.
Holiday Magic in Owen Sound's River District - Saturday, November 19, 2022
Join the River District for an evening of shopping, food and entertainment leading up to the Kiwanis Santa Claus Parade at 5 p.m. stay with us after the Parade and join us over at the Farmers' Market for the 35th Anniversary kick off of the Festival of Northern Lights with the Festival Coke Truck, photos with Santa, fireworks and entertainment.

Music and Dance Groove starts at 6:00pm with fireworks and lighting of the lights at 7:00pm.

Enjoy the beauty of Owen Sound in the winter season each evening from 5pm to 10pm, as nearly 400 displays and 25+ kilometres of lights illuminate the harbour, the Sydenham riverbanks, the downtown core, and Harrison Park.
Christmas on the Bay, Meaford - Thursday, December 1 - Sunday, December 4, 2022

Moreston by Candlelight at Grey Roots - Saturday, December 3 & Saturday December 10, 2022
We've decked the halls in Moreston Heritage Village and we are thrilled to welcome the return of a beloved holiday tradition: Moreston by Candlelight is back! Festivities include: horse drawn wagon rides, live music featuring Moreston by Candlelight favourites, Dan McGee and Big Squeeze!, delicious hot apple cider (bring a reusable mug!), holiday cookies, village buildings are decorated and open to explore, plus all galleries are open in the Museum.
