To help remind our local small businesses that we love them, Grey County has launched Rediscover Grey. This summer campaign highlights each of Grey County’s nine municipalities. We encourage you to explore and rediscover local businesses, restaurants and outdoor spaces, safely. Rediscover Grey by recommending a local favourite to family or friends, choosing to check local options first for your regular shopping, and sharing the Support Local Grey County social media challenge to win some great local prizes.

Get out and rediscover Chatsworth!  The winding backroads, rivers and streams, rolling hills, forests, and inland lakes provide endless opportunities to get outside.  Many patios have opened for you to enjoy a cup of coffee, fresh baked goodies and homemade food.

Williamsford Pie Company

Established in 2007, the Pie Company is a destination spot for locals and visitors alike. Its cozy country atmosphere, homemade treats, pies, cakes, breads, soups, sandwiches, pizzas and more, create a warm, comfortable dine-in, or easy take-out experience for all.

Chatsworth Honey

At Chatsworth Honey, they offer a variety of sizes and flavours of honey. They also produce beeswax, make their own hand-dipped 100% beeswax candles, and sell maple syrup and beeswax based cosmetics. The floral source of honey determines its colour and flavour. Some different local varieties: Summer Flower, Autumn Blossom, Basswood and Buckwheat. Availability fluctuates and depends on the season. Gibson's Pure Honey

Made by 50,000 honey bees, with the helping hand of their Bee Keeper.  The Gibson's have worked hard over the last 10 years to bring the best possible honey to the table. Now they are expanding so you can try some of their honey too!  On their honey farm, they have a beautiful little retail shop open all year round.

This 114 hectare property maintained by Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority provides year round trail access through upland maple bush, bog and coniferous forest.

Lily Oak County Forest

Lily Oak is one of Grey County's largest forests, consisting of a mixture of hardwood and conifer plantations.  Alongside the permitted uses of horseback riding, hunting, and fishing, this property features a logging trail, hiking trails and an old building foundation.

Harkaway County Forest

Amongst scattered plantations of hardwood, spruce, and pine, this property offers hiking trails and also permits ATV use, and is maintained by a local ATV Club.
