Bruce is a globally inspired, locally sourced restaurant & prepared foods shop, focused on sustainable, quality food crafted in-house - specializing in wood-fired, Neapolitan style pizza. Bruce offers a warm, inviting space and a friendly, knowledgeable team, including an awesome sommelier to curate our fun & funky wine list. The Bodega & Bottle Shop features grab & go lunch, prepared foods, handmade fresh bread and pastries, non-LCBO wines, house-made cocktails and more. Chef Shaun Edmonstone and partner Nicole Paara are proud to carry the FeastON and OceanWise certifications, committing to sourcing as many Ontario products and ingredients as possible, and supporting sustainable seafood and healthy waterways for generations to come.
