The Great War and the Second World War had thousands of men and women who readily enlisted as soon as the call to war came, but what of the conscientious objectors and peace activists who thought there could and should be a peaceful resolution? This exhibit looks at those people who urged us all to give peace a chance.

This popular exhibit has now been extended until October 31st! Dinosaurs Unearthed inspires curiosity and captures human fascination with dinosaurs at an exciting time in history. In what is being referred to as the second ‘golden age’ of dinosaur discovery, paleontologists are uncovering and identifying new species at an unprecedented rate.

The Owen Sound Salmon Tour features gorgeous fall colours, stunning waterfalls, and of course, our mighty Chinook Salmon heading in from Georgian Bay to spawn on the Sydenham River.  Owen Sound is one of the few places in Ontario where you can watch the salmon spawning in their natural habitat, in streams and rushing rivers, migrating upstream to lay their eggs in the shallows before winter settles in.
