Owen Sound Festival of Northern Lights - Saturday, November 16, 2024 - January 5, 2025
Enjoy the beauty of Owen Sound in the winter season each evening from 5pm to 10pm, as nearly 400 displays and 25+ kilometres of lights illuminate the harbour, the Sydenham riverbanks, the downtown core, and Harrison Park.

Moreston by Candlelight at Grey Roots - Saturday, December 7 & Saturday December 14, 2024
Celebrate the magic of the season in this unique family friendly event at Grey Roots. Festivities will include horse drawn wagon rides, live music, hot apple cider, holiday treats and the opportunity to explore the buildings in Moreston Heritage Village.

Embrace the warmth of Caribbean culture, this Christmas, as the Toronto Caribbean Carnival partners with Blue Mountain Village Association for this fun-filled family event featuring parang, soca, tassa, steelpan, and holiday cheer. 79th Owen Sound Kiwanis Santa Claus Parade - Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 5:00pm
This year’s theme is A Musical Christmas – Songs of the Season. The parade will proceed south along 2nd Avenue East to 8th Street East and then east to 3rd Avenue East. Canada Post will be collecting letters to Santa along the route. Don’t miss Santa after the parade at the Farmers’ Market. Stick around for the kickoff of the Festival of Northern Lights at 7:00pm.
Markdale Santa Claus Parade - Friday, November 29, 2024 at 6:30pm
An enchanting evening in downtown Markdale as we celebrate the holiday season and Markdale’s 175th Jubilee with an "Old Fashioned Christmas" Santa Claus Parade! Main Street comes alive with festive lights, holiday music, and an array of floats that bring to life timeless holiday traditions.

The Hanover Rotary Club is proud to present the 2024 parade themed "Olde Fashioned Christmas. You can view the parade along 10th Street. Visit “Santa’s Grotto” and take a horse and wagon ride at this year’s Christmas Market in Heritage Square from 12:00pm – 2:00pm.

Continue making this non-motorized parade a family tradition! Join Santa at the arena for hot dogs and a goodie bag after the parade. Please bring non-perishable food items for the Food Bank.
Neustadt Santa Claus Parade and Tree Lighting - Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 5:00pm
Parade starts and wanders through the village of Neustadt, followed by a community tree lighting.
Holstein Non-Motorized Santa Claus Parade - Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 1:00pm
Parade will start at The Holstein Depot and end at Egremont Community School. After the parade there will be a meet and greet with Santa at the Egremont Optimist building, beside the school.
Chatsworth Santa Claus Parade - Saturday, December 21, 2024 at 10:30am
The Chatsworth Agricultural Society invites you to join them for the Santa Claus parade starting at 10:30am.
