 We are a local bakery that provides sweet treats, and special home baked  creations.  We are also licensed in my home for allergic free baking. I believe that scratch baking is the best way to create my items. I also believe in customizing your creation just for you. That means that I will not use designs from other bakeries, as their designs should be credited to them. Instead of copying, I will take your designs into consideration and create a special cake just for you.   Whether your event or function is large or small, corporate or at home, the same detail and personal attention will be given to your cakes and desserts. baking, regular, gluten free, vegan, diabetic, pies, tarts, custom cakes, weddings, aniiversaries. We use in season  local fruit, honey maple syrup  from local suppliers when able.  We prefer to support local business. and markets.   We also prepare preorder ice cream cakes. We make fresh pumpkin pies from a local supplier of pie pumpkins., and fresh local apples  Our coconut cream pie is from a REAL Coconut.    Home Fresh Scratch made baking. Breads, Rolls, Buns,Puff Pastry,  Pies, Tarts, Filled Texas Cup Cakes, butter tarts, anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, or just because .  party trays, mini cheese cakes.   We also will prepare products for allergic diets, ie gluten free, nut ree, colourant free, vegan,, aluminum free, and diabetic baking  on pre order.   Free in town delivery, and sample testing for weddings available at no cost.  Real Fresh scratch  made mincemeat tarts, and pies.,   we prepare our fruit soaking starting in august.  We also make jamaican rum cakes, carrot puddings, and plum puddings., party trays, cheese cakes,
